Some fair and simple booking conditions

Public individual and group bookings onto a Southampton Climbing Wall courses, events or similar.

Payment, cancellations and rescheduling:

Payment in full must be made to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing from the Southampton Climbing Wall bookings office.

Cancellations or booking date changes by customers must be made 14 days before the event start date to receive a full, no-questions refund or reschedule to another date. After this 14 day period, Southampton Climbing Wall will make efforts to accommodate a date change if another customer can be found to replace the space(s) being changed, but no refund will be provided.

Southampton Climbing Wall reserves the right to cancel any booking if not enough spaces have been filled to make running the session (course, party, tuition etc.) financially viable. In the event of Southampton Climbing Wall cancelling a session, all booked members will be notified at the earliest opportunity and a full refund or opportunity to reschedule will be given with no questions asked.

In the event of an outdoor day being cancelled due to bad weather, all members booked will be offered the opportunity to either reschedule to another available day or receive a full refund.

Please note that as part of our agreement with Groupon, any Groupon purchases of taster sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled within 7 days of the booked taster session.

For all bookings you are required to understand the British Mountaineering Council Participation Statement:
